1. Meeting Procedure
A Special Meeting Workshop of the Mound City Council and Mound Planning
Commission has been scheduled by the City Council and Planning Commission to be held on
Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Both the Mound City Council and Mound Planning
Commission are required to open and adjourn the special meeting workshop and a quorum
of each body must be present.
2. Approved 2022 Planning Commission Work Plan and Staff Project List
The City Council, at its March 22, 2022 meeting, approved the 2022 Planning Commission
Work Plan List and Staff Project List as follows:

2. Long-term home rental study
3. Review/discussion of code enforcement procedures, policy development and
related activities (i.e. code amendments, etc.)

Next Steps
Based upon the discussion at the concurrent City Council and Planning Commission special
meeting workshop, the proposed 2023 Planning Commission Work Plan and Staff Projects List

recommendation that will be forwarded to the City Council for action.
