with reference to a bond issue to finance a sewage disposal ~lant,
using proceeds from the Liquor Store as a means of liquidating such
an issue. Ahls, too, had been referred to the planning board for
its information.

the Minnesota ~epartment of ~airy and ~ood and reporting on sani-
tary conditions in business and ot~er establishments throughout the
village and suggesting action by the council. '~'his matter was held
for later action.
A communicationfrom ~I. P. ~ricksen," Au~tor of nennepin ~ounty,
reno~tlng that action, indicated earlier, with reference to the raising
of salaries of minnesota assessors, did not apply to the assessors
of nennepin ~ounty.
The following anolications for building permits were oresented
to the council for ac. tion:

These applications were anproved by general assent. 'x'he aDDllcati~n,
however,Of ~. M. ~mith was held for further investigation and pend-
ing action with reference to a village building ordinance.
