affected property owners of Shirley Hills, .Units. "A" and "B" and ~
r~questing the dregging of~ Byer! s Bay to~ effect, a. channel approach
to the L~ front terminus of~ Morgan Ave,. in. the Village of Mound,
b'eing presented and read before, the council, it was. moved by Newcomb
that th~~ olBrk be authorized, to. tra.nsm-i.t, the~ peti.tion to the Board
of County Commissioners of Hennepin Coun%,y.,. with the recommendation
cT the Mound Village Council~ that such~ wo.rk be done at the earliest

On a motion by Newcomb, Rondorf support%n~, the clerk was authorized
to draw a village warrant to the name of,Clarence Susage and in the
sum of $50.00, same being to ~urchase an L. C. Smith Typewriter
Serial No. 1099~:21G -ll.
By general agreement of the council, the clerk was authorized to certi-
fy f~r tax collections the following appropriations for the year 19~6:
General fund, $8,000.00; Road Fund, $4, OO0.00; Fi~emen's relief, $ DSO.O0.
