~(INUTESiOP THE JOINT MEETING OF THE EOU~) VILLAGE COUNCIL ~MD THE
VILLAGE ZONING BOARD HELD FRIDAY EVENING, September ?th, 1940.
Present of the village council at this meeting were Mayor Louise Huestis,
Councilmen Newcomb and Rondorf, with Alwin recording. Present of
the Village Zoning Board were Chairman W. H. A. Koehler, Arthur
Holmquist, G. A. Tyler, Ralph Narch; and Building Inspector Irving
Kepke. '~Also in attendance were ~.~essers E. C. Streater and Herbert
E. ~;alter of the E. C. Streater ~o., and attorneys Edwin Hend~ricks
and Herman Olson.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider %he rezoning of the village
industrially with especial reference to the E. C. Streater Co., and to
approve 'the revised edition of the village zoning law.
