Present at the meeting oT 0'ct'. 9th were' 'H~es't~s,' ~ewc0mb, Rond[orf[ and Alwin
w'lth t~e Fi~e De~t. represented by Fir'e' 'Chief Lloyd J. Bowers. This
latter meeting followed contacts with township officials and it wasaa~r~
that l:1ayor Huest~s and Trustee t~ewcomb serve as a committee to
draft agreements and to make the necessary connections to supply
signatures for the same. Upon completion of these agreements,
(Deadline set as of Oct. DOth, 19~8.) the clerk was to transmit
the originals to the Insurance Dept.
This final conclusion te~inated the meetings.
