Present at the meeting o~ 0~ct'. 9th we[e' H~es¥is,' ~ewc°mb, Ron~orf[ and Alwin
w'ith t~e F'i'?e De~t. represented ~y Fir'e~ 'Chief Lloyd J. Bowers. This
latter meetins followed contacts with township officials and it wasa~r~
that l~ayor Huest~s and Trustee Newcomb serve as a conmittee to
draft agreements and to make the necessary connections to supply
signatures ~or the same. Upon completion off these agreements,
(Deadline set as of Oct. ~0th, 1945.) the clerk was to transmit
the originals to the Insurance Dept.
This final conclusion tezminated the meetings.
