Present also, in connection with ammen~ments to the village
zoning lawr were attorneys E~win A. Hendericks and Herman Olson,
.and petitioner K. Kammann.
After the reading and ,approval of the mlnutq, s of the previous
meetings of Oct. ~, 5th, and 9th, a hearing was ~iven to K. Kar~mann
with reference to the future status of Hastlng~s Log CaUzin, purchased
by him as a commercial venture, but which, because of years of
disuse and action of the council, had become restricted to the
residential zone. After a discussion of the Just and legal aspects
of the matter, it was .moved by trustee Rondorf.that, at the inter-
section of State Highway No. 110 and County Road No. 44, on both
sides of the intersecting streets, and back ,from each of four
corners to a depth of two,hundred (SO0) feet, be designated a part
.of the .Com~memcial Zone. This .motion was ~supparted ~by .Newcomb, the
