Upon the re,{ding of a letter Mro= Herbert E.Wolner cove~lng the acquisition
of a Villag~ Dump, Alwin presented the following resolution and moved its
adoption, t~ wit:
RESOLV~ , that the Village of Mound, through its council, accept
the pro~osa; of Herbert E. Wolner et al with re~erence to the
of a Village Dump on Lot ~, Lafayette Park l~ ~ectioa 11~, Township
117, Range 24, County ef Henne~in, State of Minnesota, under the
followin~ c~nditions of the proposal, namely:
