~uarte~ ef 1946 and alleged te be accessive, was presente~ te the
e~unci] for adjustment. This was the second time a bill had
eem~esl e~ by this par~y. The first ~emplaint had wen an a~Justmen~
with a new meter installation. Because ef the history ef the case,
the ce~mcil was ~ef ne min~te make ~f~ther adjustments, and the clerk
was in~tructeR te write the Lake ~y Cleaning Ce. accordingly.
This w~s by general ce~cil agreement amd without motion.
By gen~ral assent, the clerk was inmtructe~ t~ write the Badger
Meter :a~ufaet~ing Ce. ~mr the prlee of a Master Meter.
A ~ill by the Meum~ Fire Dept., fer the flushing ~f by,ants,
having been presented te the ce~cil, It was moved by Ren~rf
that t~e same be paid. Hetu supported this metlcn, the council

pensory. It was the mind of the council, that, if Kamman could
conform to these terms, it would be agreeable to considering his ~!~
