BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Vi!laff, e of i~:ound as follows: !. The total cost of Water' ~iain Improvement No. 8 of the Vii!aEc of ~o~nd _ts hereby found and determlne~ to be the sum of ~90~000.00~~.~a ~t is hereb~ de~,ez~znea .... the the entire cost of said improvement shall be assessed 'e~}ainst the property benefitted thereby. 9. T;~.ere is hereby created a S~.~cia! Fund to be Icnown as Fund of Watermain ~mprovement No. 8~ into ,~.;hich shall be paid al! mone~zs received from the assessments for said improvement an~ from the sale of ~ ~ ~,rtificates o.. In ?~nticipatton of the levy ,smd collection of assessments a~d i:~ order to ~efray ,~,ke expenses incurred VILLAGE OF MOUND 861 nd to be incurred in the makin~ of said improvement, t is hereby determined to issue a.nd sell $90,000.00 ater Main Improvement No. 8 Certificates of Indebtedness, aid certificates to be in denomination of $1,000.00 each, .o be dated June l, 1947, to bear interest at the rate ~pecified by the successful bidder, payable semi-annually, .nd to mature serially, on June 1st. in the years ,~nd ~ounts as follows: $6,000.00 in 1948 to 196D, both .nclusive, said certificates r.~aturing in 1969 being ~ubJect to redemption at par and accrued interest ,n said ds. te and any interest payment date thereafter. ,.
