VILLAGE OF MOUND
After listening to the personal petition of "K" Kammann, speaking for
the Rod and Gun Club, Hetu moved that the following letter, addressed
th the Village Council and signed by "K" Kammann, be read into the villa&
minutes:
Village Council,
Mound, ~innesota.
Gentlemen:
I wish to make application for an 0n-Sale
Liouor and Wine Lieense in the following name:
"K" M. H. Kammann, DBA
Rod and Gun Club of Mlnneton~a,
Mound, Minnesota.
The business site is located s mile from any sChool.
Probably the most distant of any site that could be
selected in the city limits.
The business site is located on commercial proDerty
as zoned by the village council.
There are no residences within several hundred fee%
and but a few within 800 feet.
The writer, who seeks the license, has a clean
record as a citizen of this nation and community.
I ask the council to make this plea a part of their
records and advlsd in ~rocedure to conform with the
laws that your group may ultimately pass Judgement.
