In support of ac~ioin taken at the meeting~ 6f OCtober' 7th, inst., Rondo~ f presented the following resolution and moved its ~doptton, to wi1~ RESOLVED, that, there being no deficit s~s previously con- siderSd, the council of the Village of Mound recind a~d nullify ~11 p~st action taken with reference to the issuance and sale of $ii ,000 worth of Water Main Improvement Bond, Pro~ect No. 8 Hetu the v~ Hetu, ~dopt, Tc ch moved Water Fund I mpfoW eme nt ~upporting the motion for the adoption of the 8boys resolution, ,ts ~f the council stood ss follows: Yeas, Newcomb, Rondorf, ~nd Alvin. Nays, none. And so the resolution stood un~nimously ~d. ~nge the plan, Hetu presented t~e following resolution ~nd its adoption: RESOLVED, that ~ll financial deficits in connection with ~aln Project No. 8 be covered by moneys taken from the Liquor ~hrough transfer from the Liquor Fund to the Water Main Fund, Project No. 8.
