NINUTE~ OF THE REGULAR NEETING OF THE MOUND VILLAGE COUNCIL HELD

Present at this meeting were Mayor Louise Huestis, Councilm~n
A. S. NeWcomb, with Alwin as Recorder. Both'Rondorf and He%u
were sbsent for goOd res.son '
The meeting constituting e cuorum, end leg~!ly~qualifled to' do
business, it proceeded to read snd approve the Minutes of the
~feeting of November 4th, snd postponed the re,ding of the ~[[nm~es
of November 28%h pending corrections. It wes the sgreement of the
council to postpone ~11 ection on m~Jor issues ~efore the council
pending the return of its ebsent membership.
Il wes moved by Newcomb thst ~11 regulsr village employees be in-
structed to work With Jim Rtcherdson and the Mound Business
Associetion in the Chrlstm~ss Tree decoration of the business'
section of Park end Central Avenues. ~lwln seconded this motion,
the council c~rrying.
Newcomb moved thet the Clerk be ~uthorized to pey the following
bills:
