FOllowing ~esolution offered bT ~te:
W~RE~S, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required
by Chap~ter 119, Laws of 1949, the council has met and heard
and passed upon the objection to the proposed assessment
for the Rondorf Sidewalk ~sses~ment on Lots 2 and 3, ~ud-
itor's Subdivision No. 170, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council o~ Mound, Minnesota,
that such proposed assessment, a cop~ ~f which is attached
hereto and ~ade a part herof be and the same is hereby ac~
cepted and shall constitute a special assessment against
the land herein named and the lots included are hereby
found to be be benefited in the amount of the assessment
levied against it, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such assessment shall be pa~ble
in one installment in 1952. Said installment shall bear
interest at the rate of 6~ from the date of this resolution.
Said assessment and the accruing interest thereon shall be
a li~upon the property in~luded therein concurrent with
general taxes, and,
BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVi~D: That the manager forthwith transmit
a certified duplicate of such assessment to the County
Auditor to be extended in the proper tax list of t~e cou~tv,
and such assessment shall be collected and paid over in the
s~e man~er as other municipal taxes, provided that the
owner of an~ property so assessed may at ant ti~e prior to
June 15, 1951, pay the whole og such assessment without
interest.

Bakery. Mayor Davis and Councilmen Pierce, White and
Winkel present. Blv out of town. Meeting called by
mayor to set a public hearing for improvement of
highway No. 110. ~fter considerable discussion the
following RESOLUTION was offered by Ray PIERCE:
WHERE~S, it is proposed to improve temporary t~unk highway
No. 110 from t~e Great Northern tracks north to the village
limits at an estimated cost of $2.~,000. and to assess
the abutting propertv ~or one half of the cost of the
curb and gutter and the total cost of the sidewalk pursuant
to M.S.A. Sections 412.401 to 412.481 (Laws 1949, Ch. 119,
Sacs. ~0 to 60),
NOW, THEREFO?dE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of
Mound, Minnesota: That a public hearing be held by the
council on this proposed improvement in the Krause Bldg.
on Tuesday, June ~, 19~1, at 8:00 p.m. and that the manager
prepare and publish two weeks' notice of such hearing as
required by law. Second by Winkel.
The roll ~as called and the vote was four aves.
MOTION by PIERCE to ad.~ourn, second b~ ~inkel, at 8:4~ p.m.
