Acting Mayor Gene White called meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. with Winkel and Bly present. Davis and Pierce out of town. MOTION by Blv, second by W~nkel, authorizing manager to advertise for bids in the Minnetonka PILOt for improvement of ~ighway No. 110 from the Great Northern Railway Co. right- of-way to the north village limits according to the plans and specifications prepared by the village engineers, Toltz, King and Day. Carried. Discussion on the report of the Fire ~nderwriter's Inspector tabled until later meeting. Gordon Batdorf, ~. M. Anfensen, and E. S. Granger from the west end of Lake Langdon were on hand to protest excavation by Cox Bros. on property owned bv Everett Sohns. The east side of Sohns' property had been excavated years ago and a large hole now exists. Cox Bros. were going to take out 100~ yards of fill. Sub-sectimn 6 of Section 12 of Zoning
