Acting Mayor Gene White called meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. with Winkel and Bly present. Davis and Pierce out of town. MOTION by Blv, second by W~nkel, authorizing manager to advertise for bids in the Minnetonka PILOt for improvement of ~ighway No. 110 from the Great Northern Railway Co. right- of-way to the north village limits according to the plans and specifications prepared by the village engineers, Toltz, King and Day. Carried. Discussion on the report of the Fire ~nderwriter's Inspector tabled until later meeting. Gordon Batdorf, ~. M. Anfensen, and E. S. Granger from the west end of Lake Langdon were on hand to protest excavation by Cox Bros. on property owned bv Everett Sohns.
