On roll call the vote was as follows:

And so the resolution was passed.
Livingston moved that $3,000 be transferred from project 8 to
the P.I.R. sinking Fund upon receipt of the check from the school
District #85 in p~vment of their assessments. Litts seconded and it
was unanimously carried.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried the meeting adjourned
