MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING, June 13, 1955
Meeting called to order in the Village Office at 8:00 P.M.
Present were Mayor Behmler, Trustees Livingston, Litts and Wenkstern,
Attorney Bonham and Manager Leikvold.
ADJOURNMENT TIME
Litts moved that the Council adjourn no later than ll:30 each
meeting and that any unfinished business be carried over to the
next meeting. Wenkstern seconded the resolution and it was carried
by unanimous vote.
Minutes of the regular meeting of May 9, 1955 were read.
Wenkstern moved, Livingston seconded and it was unanimously passed
to approve the minutes as read.
Minutes of the adjourned meeting of May 23, 1955 were read.
The Council wished to make it a matter of record that the resolu-
tion on page 1546 headed, "SEWER Preliminary Plans" is superceded
by the resolution on page 1552 headed, "SEWER SURVEY". With this
correction, Litts moved, Livisgston seconded, and it was unanimously
carried to approve the minutes.
LICENSES
Livingston moved, Litts seconded and it was unanimously carried
to grant the following licenses:

American Legion Club
PETITION
A petition was presented to the Council asking that the signers
be annexed to the Village of Mound. The petition was acknowledged
and referred to the Attorney.

STREET IMPROVEMENT

The proposed street improvement on Highway #15 was discussed.
Litts moved, Livingston seconded and it was unanimously carried that
the people along the street be informed of the difficulties with the
County and be invited to a meeting.
RESIGNATION
M. Charles Kelley
The resignation of M. Charles Kelley as Justice of the Peace was
accepted.
VACATION
Leonard 01son's request for a street vacation was denied.
TREES FOR DUMP SCREEN
Wenkstern moved, Livingston seconded, and it was unanimously
carried that $100.00 be appropriated to buy trees to screen the dump.

The meeting was called to order in the Village office at 8:00
P.M. by Mayor Behmler. present were Mayor Behntler, Trustees pierce,
Livingston and Litts, Attorney Bonham and Manager Leikvold. Trustee
wenkstern arrived late.
