1955-09-26VILLAGE OF MOUND adOption: kStEREAS there is a balance in tm Bond & Interest Fund under Certificates of Indebtedness of $939.86,and Fund WHEREAS the Certificates of Indebtedness are paid in full, and WHEREAS in January of 19~ the Liquor Fund advanced to Bond & Interest $1,060.00, NG~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESGLVED that the Manager be directed to transfer $939.86 from the Bond and Interest Fund to the Liquor Fund. The motion was seconded by Litts and carried unanimously. TRANSFER Liquor Fund to Fire Hall Fund Livingston moved, Litts seconded, and it was carried unanimously that $~00.00 be transferred from the Liquor Fund to the Fire Hall Fund. TRANSFER Liquor Fund to Bond & Interest Fund Litts moved that $1,000.00 be transferred from the Liquor Fund to the Bond and Interest Fund for Project #14. With a second by Wenkstern the motion was carried unanimously. On motion duly made, convene on September 26th. Present were Mayor Behmler, Trustees Pierce, Livingston, Litts and Wenkstern, and Manager Leikvold. DUMP ~ierce moved that the pre~ent dump be closed and that the Manager and Attorney be instructed to secure a lease on an alternate site, the amount to be spent on a lease to be $1.00. Wenkstern seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously. Pierce moved that $600 be appropriated to run the dump in 1956 and that VILLAGE OF MOUND i599 a system of charge be set up for people living outside the Village. LiviD~ston seconded the motion and it was d~ly carried, Litts not voting. Present were Mayor Behmler, Trustees Livingston, Pierce and Wenkstern, Attorney Bonham and Manager Leikvold. HEARING - ASSESSMENT Curb & Gutter Grant & Yale The Clerk announced that the proposed assessment for Curb & Gutter, Grant and Yale had been filed in his office on the 12th day of September, 1955, and that notice of hearing on said assessment had been given in the form and manner as provided by law. The Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication of such notice in the official newspaper, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of objections to the assessment theretofore filed with the Village Clerk for Curb & Gutter on Grant and Yale. , ~ ,4 ~ The Clerk reported that written objections had been filed by the follow- ing persons affecting the following described lots, pieces or parcels of land, to wit: None The following persons were then heard and presented their objections to said assessment: None After due consideration of all said objections, Pierce introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESGLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSF~NT FOR CURB AND GUTTER, GRANT AND YALE BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Mound, Minnesota
