ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING of January 10, 1957
Meeting called to order in the Fire Station at 8:00 P.M. Present were
Mayor Behmler, Trustees Adams, Lockhart, Livingston, and Brazman and ~anager

UNION WAGE
Lockhart moved, Brazman seconded, and it'was carried that Frank Living-
ston represent the Council on the Union Fact-Finding Committee. Livingston
not voting. UNION HEALTH &
WELFARE PLAN
Adams moved, Brazman seconded and it' was unL~tmously carried to allot
the sum of $750 for Helath and Welfare plan for village employees.
PATROLMEN UNIFORMS
Brazman moved, Livingston secmded, and it was muanimously carried to
furnish two shirts, two ties and one cap per year for each patrolman.
RETIE~2~T OF VILIAGE ~PLOYEES
Behmler moved, Lockhart seconded, and it was unanimously carried that
employees are to retire on becoming 65 years of age, special cases to be
considered by the council.
On motion by Adams, seconded by Livingston, it was unanimously carried
to adjourn to reconvene January 22, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. in the Fire Station.
