STREET & ROAD IMPROVEMENT What to do with Old Highway #7 was tabled awaiting a report from the Hennepin County Commissioners. BEER LICENSES Brazm~ offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolved to grant the following beer licenses for the year beginning July' 1, 1957: National Tea Co. --Off Sale Peter A. Sollie --Off Sale Northland Cafe .... On and Off Sale Bob's Tavern ..... On and Off Sale Livingston seconded and on roll call the vote was as follows: Behmler Yea Livingston Yea Brazman Yea Adams Yea Lockbart Yea and so the resolution was carried. SEWAGE DISPOSAL Brazman moved, Lockhar~ seconded, and it was unanimously carried to instruct the Village Manager to obtain data on plant site as follows: 1. Present owners 2. Size of parcel of land needed for the plant 3. S. Call Co. - former renter, Wm. Aplund. Owner is to be given 90 days in which to improve the property so it will comply with the Village Buildimg Code. A sign is to be put up condemning said property until improvements are made. 2. K. R. Present were Mayor Behmler, Trustees Adams, Lockhart, Livingston and Brazman, Fire Chief Bowers and Manager Boxell. FIRE PROTECTION Orono Village Council requested a 6C-day period before an answer is given to the Village of Mound on their proposal of a charge of $2.00 per house which is to be under a blanket contract plus a guarantee of $60/hr.
