ADJOURNED REGULAR O0GNCIL MEETING , July 23, 1957
Meeting called to order in the Fire Station at 8:00 P.M. Present were Ma~or
Behmler, Trustees Adams, Loc~hart, Brazman and Manager Ba~ell.
VACATING OF ALLEY
Hearing was had on the vacating of the
alley located between Lots 4 and 5 in Block
3 Shirley Hills Unit F, running fiorth and
south on west side of MeeTeeOr Station.
Brazman moved, Lockhart seconded that
vacating of this alley be denied, The roll
call the vote was as follows:
Brazman Yea ·
Iockhart Yea
Adams Yea
Behmler Yea
and so the motion was carried.
BILLBOARD SIGN
The Markson Company presented a petition for
a billboard sign to be placed on Lot 1 Block 1
of Shirley Hills Unit A (Propertylowned by Rondorf),
requested was 18 feet by 8 feet.

Brazma~ moved, Lockhart seconded, and it was unanimously carried to table
this request for further study and p~t it on the agenda of the regular Augus~
meeting.
LIQUOR STORE DISCUSSION
Iockhart moved, Adams seconded that due to the lack of a full council, the
discussion relative to the liquor store be postponed and a future meeting date
be set by the Ma~or. There were three yeas and one nay.
