REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, August 13, 1957
Meeting called to order in the Fire Station at 8:00 P.M. Present were
Trustees Livingston, Adams, Lockhart and Brazman, and Manager Boxell. Trustee
Livingston presided. Mayor Behmler out of town because of a funeral.
Minutes of the regular meeting of July 9, 1957 were read. Lockhart moved,
Adams seconded, and it was unanimously carried to approve the minutes as read.
Minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of July 23, 1957 were read, and
Brazman moved, Lockharb seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept the
minutes as read.
LIQUOR STORE DISCUSSION
Adams moved, Lockhart seconded, and it was unanimously carried to move the
Liquor Store Discussion up to be the first piece of business on the agenda.
BILLBOARD SIGN
Markson & Company requested permission to erect a billboard sign on Rondorf's
property at Seton. Lockhar~ moved, Adams seconde, and it was unanimously caP~ied
to pe ~r~.~'~..the erection of this sign if it complies with village ordinances and
is not 'objected to by the County.Highway Deparbment.
LoCkHart moved, Adams seconded, and it was unanimously carried to adjourn
and reconvene August 14, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. at the Fire Station.

TRANSFER
Livingston moved, Adams seconded and it was unanimously carried to transfer

REDEEMING OF INDEBTEDNESS BONDS
Livingston' mOVed, Braaman seconded, and it was unanimously carried to redeem
the outstanding P.I.R. Sinking Fund Bond in the sum of $15,O00, October 1, 1957.
On motion made by Livingston, Seconded by Lockbart and unanimously carried,
meeting adjourned to reconvene August 27th at 8:00 P.M. at the Fire Station.

the fire truck in its present condition.
