1957-09-24VILLAGE OF MOUND ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING, September 23, 1957 1767 Meeting called to order in the Village Office at ~:GO P.M. Present were Mayor Behmler, Trustees Adams, Lockhart, Livingston, Brazman and Manager Boxell. The 1958 B~dgetwas discussed. Adams moved, Livingston seconded, and it was unanimously carried to adjourn to September 24, 1957 at 8:00 .M. in the Village Office. Adjourned Regular Meeting, ~eptember 24, 1957 Meeting called to order in the Village Office at 8:00 P.M. Present were Ma~or Rehmler, Trustees Lockhart, Livingston, Adams and Brazman and Manager Boxell. The 1958 Budget was discussed. Brazman moved, Adams seconded that the salary for cleaning service for Village Office m~d Liquor Store be set at $800 per year. On roll call, there were four yeas and one nay. STREET LI(~TING PRDGRAM Livingston moved, Brazman seconded, and it Was unanimously carried to accept the following street lighting program: Number of Lamps Size of Lamp Annual.Rate per Lamp 10 ll6,~OLumen ' $40 155 2,5oo . Sum of $4,275 per year, completion date to be January 1, 1958 if possible.. P.E.R.A. · Brazmanmoved, Adams seconded that the $2,500dedicated to Project #14 from the Liquor Fund be dedicated to the P.E.R.A. Fund (subject te vote of October 9, 1957). Substitute for the payment to Project #14 in the sum of $2,500 p~yment from P.I.R. Sinking Fund Surplus. Present were Ma~or Behmler, Trustees Adams, Lockhart, Livingston and Brazman and Manager Boxell. The 1958 B~dget was discussed. P.E.R.A. Brazman moved, Adams seconded to rescind the resolution taken on P.E.R.A. and Project #14 of Fund Dedication at September 24, 1957 Council Meeting. On roll call the vote was as follows: Brazman Yea Adams Yea Livingston Yea Lockhart Yea Behmler Yea Livingston moved, Lockbart seconded, and it was unanimously carried to use funds from the Liquor Store to take care of P.E.R.A. costs for ~hich no levy (by taxation) will be made.
