continue to participate in such nursing district on the basis hereinbefore specified
with all other political subdivisions adopting similar resolutions.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Brazman.

Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M. at the Fire Station. Present were Mayor
Behmler, Trustees Adams, Lockhart, Livingston, Brazman and Manager Boxell.
TRANSFER OF BUDGET FUNDS
Brazman moved, Lockhart secoD~ed, and it was unanimously carried to ~rans-

EXPENDITURE REST RICTION
Livingston offered the following: That the Village Manager be restricted
to contract no debt obligation in any division of the 1957 B~dget wherein
sufficient budget has not been provided and also ~herein sufficient cash will
not be available to pay such debt obligation before the end of the 1957 fiscal
is December 3~1, 1957. ~

VILLAGE OF MOUND
BUIIDING PERMIT
Brazman moved, Iockhart seconded, and it was unanimously carried to grant a
building permit to Richard Lewis on Lots 27,28,29,30, Block l, The High~uds.
SKATING RINK
Request was made by Richard Lewis for water for flooding of the rink on Lots
27,28 of Block l, The Highlands. Brazman moved, Lockhart seconded, and it was
unanimously carried to supply a reasonable amount of water for the flooding of
the rink and that it is to be done under the supervision of the Village Manager.
OTTO' S PAINT SHOP SIGN
Livingston moved, Adams seconded, and it was unanimously car;:ied to deny
the request for a sign to be located at Shirley Hills Unit F, Lot 25, Block 1.
SNOW R~OVAL
Livingston moved, Adams seconded, and it was unanimously carried that the
Village of M~und cooperate with the State Department of Highways on snow removal
as outlined in their memorandum entitled "Outline of Plan and Policy for Snow
Removal from Streets in Cities and Villages." The roll being called, the vote
was as follows:

there were no nays, and so the motion was carried.
Adams offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
Resolved to transfer the balance of fund in P.I.R. Sinking Fund in the sum
of $6,689.72 to Project #14.
