FIRE TEUCK PAYMENT
Lockhart moved, Brazman seconded, and it was unanimously carried to make the
final payment on the fire truck in the sum of $8,233.75.
LITTLE LEAGUE BALL PARK
Lockbarb moved, Livingston seconded, and it was unanimously carried to grant
the petition of Upper Tonka Little League, Inc., to use Lakewood Avenue located
in Shirley Hills Unit F, Block 4 as a parking area.
Lockhart moved, Adams seconded, and it was unanimously carried to adjourn,
to reconvene November 6, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. at the Fire Station.
ADJOURNED REGUIAR MEETING, November 6, 1957
Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M. in the Fire Station. Present were
Mayor Behmler, Trustees Livingston, Adams, Lockbart, Brazman and Manager Boxell.
ANNEXATION HEARING
A request was made to withdraw the petition presented September 10, 1957 for
annexation by residents of Halstad's Park and Halstad's Heights. Livingston
moved, Adams seconded, and it was unanimously ca~ried to accept the withdrawal.
PETITION TO ~HANGE FROM PLAN B TO PIAN A
A petition was presented for a change of form of government from Plan B to
Plan A.
Livingston presented the following resolution and moved its adoption:
W~EP~AS on November 6, 1957 a Petition signed byin excess of 200Mound
voters and asking for submission to the voters of the question of adopting
Optional PLAN A for the Government of the Village was filed with the Council
and the petitioners are equal in number to 15% of those who voted at the last
Village Election
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that at the Annual Village Election on the 3rd of
December, 1957 the following proposition shall be submitted by Ballot to the
Voters of the Village:
"Shall Optional Plan A, modifying the Standard Plan of Village Government
VILLAGE OF MOUND
by providing for.the appointment by the Council of the clerk, treasurer, and
assessor, be adopted for the government of the Village?"
RESOLVED FUP~HER, That the Village Manager prepare the necessary ballots
and tally sheets, give ten ds~s' posted and one week's published notice, and
arrange other details necessary for the election.

and so the resolution was adopted.

REGULAR MEETING, November 12, 1957
Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M. at the Fire Station. Present were
Mayor Behmler, Trustees Livingston, Lockhart, Adams and Brazman and ~anager
Boxell.
Minutes of the regular mseting of October 8, 1957 were read. Brazman
moved, Adams seconded, a~ it was unanimously carried to accept the minutes
as read.
Minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of October 9, 1957 were read.
Correction under Expem~iiture Restriction to read: Adams seconded the resolu-
tion instead of motion. With this correction Livingston moved, Lockbart
seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept the minutes.
Minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of October 22, 1957 were read.
Brazman moved, Lockhart seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept
the minutes as read.
Minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of November 6, 1957 were read.
