Pre,,~f, ,rare ~~ahmler, Trustees Livingston, Aching, Lockhar~, Brazaan and Nanager Boxell. WATER O n TRANSFER '-~nutes of the regular meeting of November 12, 19~7 were read. Livingston mo~ed, Adasm seconded that the resolution on the Water Fund C .D. Transfer be ammended to read: "Treasfer of $8,033.7% O.D. to Project #14 be irrevocable." On roll call, 'the vote was as follm~: Livingston Yea Adams Yea Lookhar~ Yea Bruman Yea Behmler Yea and' so the resolution was azmended. AUDIT Livingston me, ed, Lookhart seconded to ~ the minutes in regard to the 19S? audit, and that Robert Kraft be notified that his services for auditing of Village books for 19S? has been caucelled. On roll call, the vote ~as as follows: Liv~ ~stou Zea Lockhart Yea Adams Yea Brasmau ~ Babmler Nay~ and so the motion ~as passed. Livi~ston moved, Lockhart seconded to hire the State Auditor to do the audit- ing fo~ the village for one 7'ear (19~?). Brazman moved to mend the above motion to hire the State Auditor to do the auditing for the village fo~ the..Iast five years (back to 1952). ~fotion lost due to lack of a seoand. ~ The original motion was passed by three yeas and two mays. Braman ~oved, Livingston .eeonde~, and it was ~n~-4mously carried to adop~ the Minutes of November 12th ~ith the above corrections. B~azman moved, Livingston seconded, and it was --A~rtmously carried to adopt the Minutes of the Canvassing Board Neeting of December 4th as read. A VILLAGE OF MOUND 1785 On motion made by Livingston ~nd seconded by &:la~, the ~inutee of ~he Adjourned Hee~ing of Decmber 4~h were adopted as read. PLA~Ni~G COI~ilSSION Brazman offered a resolution to establish a Co.lesion to plan for the physical dev®lopmen~ o£ ~he Village of ~mun~. Aclams eeconded, and or1 roll call the vote was as follows: Brazman Yea Adams Yea Behm~r Yea Lockhart Not voting Livingston Nay and so the resolution was passed. S~A~ ~D ~AD #7 The County Highway Department presented a resolution in regard to the status of ~tate Aid Road No. 7. Liv~-gston ~oved, Lockhart seconded, amd it ~as unanimously carried to table any action on the resolution. A request for a larger light, 4000 lumen, at Intersection of Highway aud #1~ was presented. A request that a 4000 lumen light Be ~-~alled at the North Village Limits on Highway ~119, located in front of Seifert's Funeral Ho~e was presented. Adams moved, Lookhart seconded, and it was u~a-~mously carried to grant both recfGests. Bra~mn moved, Adams se~emied to transfer $500 ~ the Fire Department ~Adget' in ~he General Fund to ~Ailding Inspectors L~nd in the General l~and. On roll call there were three yeas and two nays.
