The American Legion presented a petition requesting fer considera-
tiont~ the granting of a Club Liquor license at the present Mound
Casino location.
The petition was tabled for further study,

Attorney Ploetz read the Ordinance on Parking Violation
Batdorf moved the Parking Violation be a $2.00 fine with two days to
pay.
The motion was amended to further stipulate:
Fine to increase at the rate of $1.OO per day to a maximum of $10.$O
if not paid in two day grace period.

Discussion of Hate Hearing being held at Waterbown, Minnesota.
Amendment to motion of January 27, 1959 regarding Telephone Rate
Increase Hearings.
Peterson moved the Village Attorney be retained for a maximum of
three days the same per diem of $62.50 to be observed.
Brazmau seconded the motion. The vote was unanimously in favor,
so carried.
Brazman moved the meeting be adjourned until the regular meeting of
February lO, I959 at 7:30 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station.
Larson seconded the motion.
