The Adjourned Meeting of March 17~ 1959 was held at the Mound Vil~ge
Hall at 7:30
Present were: Mayor Behmler~ Trustees Batdorf, Brazman, Larson~ Petersen,
Village Attorney Ploetz ~md Manager Boxell.
Cod~ fication of Ordinances was discussed.
Larson moved the Village Manager be authorized to attend the Institute
for City Managers at t he University of Minnesota Center for Continuation
Study - March 2h, 2~, 19~9. For reimbursement of expenditures an item-
ized statement ahall be submitted.
Batdorf seconded the motion.

The vote was unanimously in favor.. So
Batdorf moved the meeting be adjourned to the adjourned meeting of
March 2~, 1959 at the Mound Fire Station at 7:30 P.M. Petersen secouded
the motion. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and
adjourned.

MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED MEETING OF MARCH 24, 19~9
The Adjourned Meeting of the Mound Village Oouncil was held at the
Mound Fire Hall at 7:30 P~M.
Present were: Mayor Behmler, Trustees Batdorf, Brazman, and Petersen,
Attorney Ploetm and Manager Boxell.
The proposed Apartment Building in Shirley Hills Unit F, was discussed
by Mr. Leighton Lindlan~and Mr. Daruin Dickey with the Village Attorney
and Village Council.
Batdorf moved and Brazman seconded the motion.
Be it moved that a date be set for a Public Hearing for the consideration
of the council of the Amendment of Ordinance No. 46 to correct the errors
of that pretended amendment ~ate 6~956 effective December 3, 1946 and
to rezone Lots 18 thr~ 23 inclusive, Block 3, Shirley Hills Unit F., from
residential to multiple dwelling.
