MINUTES OF THE ADJOUPRED MEETING OF April 21, 1959 - 7:30 P.M.
at the Mound Fire Station
Present: Mayor Behmler, Trustees Batdorf, Larson and Brazman, Attorney
Ploetz and Manager Boxell.
Public Hearing on the rezoning of Shirley Hills Unit F.
Larson offered the following resolution and moved its adoption,
BE IT BESOLVED, that Ordinace No. 46 be Amended to read:

Public Hearing on Proposed Telephone Rates for the Village of
Mound, Minnesota by the Watertown Telephone Company.
Batdorf moved the Village Council of the Village of Mound instruct
the Village Manager tO request the Railroad and Warehouse Commis-
sion to hold a public hearing in the Village of Mound in regard to
the proposed Telephone Rates being asked for by the Watertown
Telephone Company.
Brazman seconded the motion.
So carried.
