1959-11-03VILLAGE OF MOUND 2028 MINUTES OF Tile ADJOURNED MEETING OF OCTOBER 27, 1959 at 7:30 P.M. at the MOUND FIRE STATION Present: Mayor Larson; Trustees Batdorf, Brazman, Gulden and Petersen; Attorney Ploetz and Manager Boxell LIQUOR BILL Brazman moved a liquor off sale purchase bill from Ed Phillips & Son for the sum of $402,04 be paid where funds are available. Batdorf seconded the motion. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried. BEER LICENSE Applicant Mr. Paul Ostrov in the former Wards Tavern at Three Points. Gulden moved and Batdorf seconded the motion. BE IT MOVED, a On and Off Sale 3.2 Beer License be granted to Mr. Paul Ostrov for operation in the Three Points area. The vote was taken with Brazn~an abstaining. Batdorf, Petersen, Gulden and Larson voted in favor. So carried and granted. Codification of Ordinances Brazman moved and Petersen seconded a motion the meeting be adjourned until the Adjourned Meeting of November 3, 1959 at 7:30 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. CAMPUS CRUSADE FOR CHRIST Page 2 - Nov. 3, 1959 The Campus Crusade for Christ presented a petition to rezone their property in the Minnesota Baptist Assembly from Single Dwelling Residences to Multiple Dwelling Residences. A Hearing was set for December 15, 1959 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. Brazman moved and Batdorf seconded the motion that the meeting be adjourned until the regular meeting of November 10, 1959 at 7:30 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. The vote was unanimously in favor.
