BE IT ~0VED, the liquor bill of Griggs Cooper for the sum of $1,916.61 be paid where funds are available. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried. 1960 LIQUOR CONTROL IDeNTIFiCATION CA~ A bill for~a 1960 Liquor ~dentification Card for the sum of $1.00 was presented Batdorf moved and Petersen seconded a motion. BE tT M(~ED~ the Liquor Contol Commission Identification Card for the~sum of $1.OO be paid:~here funds are available. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried. BUSINESS STP~ET LIGHTING PUBLIC HEAPING Attorney Ploetz ~zvieWed~the proceduras. Mayor Larson reviewed the Council action to date. Attorney Ploetz reviewed the written objections Attorney Ploetz reviewed the laws relating to this matter. ESOLUTION DETE~iI~ING THAT THZ P~POSED AS[',ES~LENT FO~ STP~ET LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 17 - 1~59 MAY BE INVALID AND 0 DEPY[NG A NEW ASSESS~iENT, NOTICE, AND HEAff~NG Petersen e£fered the following resolution and moved its adoption. seconded the motion, Batdo rf VILLAGE Of MOUND i~E?gAS, the Village Attorney has on this date advised the Council that the proposed assessment for Street Lig~bing ~Jro~ect No. 17 - 1959 may be invalid by reason of misdescription of the project in the Notice of Hearing the Improvement Project and the Notice of Hearing of the Assessment by reason of a typographical error in the description in the Notice of Hearing of the Assessment~ and the omission of a parcel from the Assessment Roll~ NOW THEP, F. FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUI~i;CIL, Village of Mound, that the Council hereby determines that the proposed assessment for Street Lighting Project No. 17 - 19~9 may be invalid for said reasons, and BE IT FUt~HER RESOLVED, that there be a new assessment for Street Lighting Project No. 17 - 1959, that the Manager and Engineer calculate the proper amount to be assessed against each lot~ parcel or tract~ and that the Manager publish at least on$ce, and at least two weeks prior to said hearing a proper notice of said hearing.
