WHE?~AS, the Village Attorney has on this date advised the Council that the
proposed assessment for Street Lightin~ Project No. 17 - 1959 may be
invalid by reason of misdescription of the project in the Notice of
Hearing the Improvement Project and the Notice of Hearing of the
Assessment by reason of a typographical error in the description in
the Notice of Hearing of the Assessment, and the omission of a parcel
from the Assessment Roll~,
NOW THEP. W. FORE, BE IT P~SOLVED BY THE VI LIAGE CO~',iCIL, Vitla~e of Mound, that
the Council hereby determines that the proposed assessment for Street
Lighting Project No. 17 - 1959 may be invalid for said reasons, and
BE IT FUrtHER RESOLVED, that there be a new assessment for Street Lighting
Project No. 17 - 1959, that the ~lanager and Engineer calculate the
proper amount to be assessed against each lot, parcel or tract, and
that the Manager publish at least on$ce, and at least two weeks prior
to said hearing a proper notice of said hearing.

Batdorf moved and Gulden seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting until the
adjourned meeting of November 27, 1959 at 7:~0 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station.
The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and adjourned.

BE IT ~OVED~ the Building Permit for Ed Williams be granted with the
fotiowing stipulation:
That the drainage outlet of the water filter system for the
Laundermat be improved by putting crushed rock at ~.ts outlet.
Tbs vote was unax~imously in favor. So carried.
Codification of Ordinances was studied.

meeting of December 1~ 1959 at 7:30 P.M. at the Village Hallt ~he vote
was unanimousl:v in favor. So car~ed and adjourned.
