CAMPUS CRUSADE FOR CHRIST REZONING HEARING
Peterson moved and Batdorf seconded the motion.
BE IT MOVED the date or,the hearing be continued to January 19, 19/)0,
8:00 P.M. at the M u_nd Fire Station, instead of to December 29,
1959, due to the fact council desires, more time for the study of
material presented at the December 15, 1959 hearing.
The vote was three Ayes with Gulden abstaining.
So carried.
Gulden moved and Batdorf seconded a motion to adjourn to the adjourned
meeting of December 29, 1959, 7:30 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station. The
vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and adjourned.

Fund to the Liquor Fund to repay a loan, and

FINAL PLAT APPROVAL - CARL JOHNSON
Carl Johnson appeared in person and advised the council that he is cognizant
of the Village requirements with respect to street grade and drainage and
water main installation and represents to the council to secure the Village
certification to said plat, that if said plat. is certified, he will within a
reasonable time, watermains, street grades and drainage in the area covered
by said plat and to the specifications of the Village Engineer.

Johnson which proposed plat conformsawith the ~%%[illage requirements
