Present were: Mayor H.B.R. Larson, Trustees Petersen, Bat
and Orn; Attorney Ploetz and Manager Kopp.

Mr. Lhotsky stated the purpose of this "supper club" was t

Ce=tified publication of notice of hearing for request for issuance of special
use permit for Lots 9,10 and ll, Koehler's Addition were read and displayed.
James Walton and John Busse appeared requesting the special use permit. There
was no opposition. Minutes of the Planning Commission ~ Dec. 7 were read.
Batdorf offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, application has been made for issuance of special use permit pursuant
to Section 23.15, Subdivision h, Mound Code of Ordinances, to permit use of Lots
9, 10, and ll, Koehler's addition to Mound for carpenter, electrical, metal-Working,
tinsmithing, plumbing, paint or paper-hanging shops, water, gas, or ~ steam fitting
shops;
~EREAS, notice of hearing was duly given by publication of said notice in the
Minnetonka Pilot, December lb, 1961;
WHEREAS, said Lots 9,10 and 11 Koehler's Addition to Mound are presently zoned
"Commercial Use District";
~HEREAS, the Planning Comission has recommended issuance of the special use per-
mit as requested,
kHEREAS, pursuant to aforesaid notice, hearing was had at which all interested
parties were heard, given opportunity to be heard, and the Village Council did
find that the issuance of such permit would be consistent with public health,
safety, and morals, and to be in the interest of the Village and the general wel-
fare of the citizenry,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MI?N~OTA:
1. That special permit issue permitting the use of Lots 9, 10, and 11, Koehler's
Addition to Mound for use thereof for carpenter, electrical, metal-working,
tinsmithing, plumbing, paint or paper-hanging shops, water, gas, or steam-
fitting shops.

right angles to, and parallel with, the West line of the East 17.2 feet
of said Lot 33 all in Koehler's Addition to Mound, Lake Minnetonka,
