THREE POINTS ROAD IMPROVEMENT
The Engineer gave a report on preliminary cost estimates on a proposed road
improvement in the Three Points area.

RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEAi~ING ON IMPROVEMENT
(Three Points Roads)
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted by the council May, 8, 1962, a report
has been prepared by Schoell and Madson, village consulting engineers,
with reference to the improvement of all public streets and roads within
the peninsula of "Three Points" and is within the b'oundariels and limits of
the Village of Mound by construction or reconstruction, grading, graveling,
oiling and otherwise improving said public streets and roads, and this
report was received by the council on May 22, 1962.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
MOUND, MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such public Streets and
roads in accordance with the.report and the assessment of benefitting
property for all or a portion of the cost thereof pursuant to Mirmesota
Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429. 111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $25,280.00.
2. A public hearing hsall be held on such proposed improvement on the
12th day of June, 1962, in the Island Park Hall at 8:30 o'clock P.M. a_nd
the clerk shall give published and mailed notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.

BE IT MOVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the intersection
of Wenonah Road and Lane 7 be and hereby is designated a temporary stop
sign intersection and the Chief of Police be and hereby is instructed to
provide an appropriate sign and appropriate conditions for the time and
maimer of its placement.
