Appearing were Mr. Gerald Fraser and Mr. Richard DeGuise the proponents;
no opponents appeared. '
The advertisement publication was declared legal and sufficient.
Mr. Fraser explained the project, which consisted of constructing four-
plexes.
Koehn moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion.
The ordinance be amended to include these lots.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDII~ CHAPTER 33, "ZONIN(S",
OF TH~ ~0UND CODE OF OitDINANCE8
BI IT OItlIAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ~OUND, MINNESOTA:
1. That Chapter 23 of the Mound Code of Ordinances,
entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by reducing the
Residential B Use District, as established in Section 33.01
and 23.05, thereof as amended, by removing therefro~ the
following described tract: Lots 7-28, Block 6, Lakeside Park,
A~. I~; Crocker's First Division, Mound, Minnesota.
2. That Chapter 33, of the Mound Code of Ordinances
entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended bp adding to
the provimions of Section 23.06 thereof, Multiple Dwelling
Use District, the following described tract: Lots 7-28,
Block 6, Lakeside Park, A. L. Crocker's First Division,
Mound, Minnesota.
3. That this ordinance be effective from and after its
adoption and publication according to law.
