the purchase of the old Street Sweeper which is in junk condition.

BE IT ~DVED, the Village Council permit W. C. Anderson to install the sewer hook-up
p~pes at this time, using ~ast iron pipe and subject to the inspection of
the engineer.
The vote was unanimously ir~ favor so carried and accepted.

This was discussed after receiving a report from the attorney, it was recommended
