WATER MAIN EXTENSION ON COUNTY ROAD #110 (BAYVIEW BLVD.) HEARING
The attorney declared the publication and mailing to be legal and sufficient.
Lowell Mohn, propspective buyer of the Willette property where this water main is
to pass by, and his neighbor John Plahn, were present, asking for the project to
get under way as soon as possible.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23, MOUND CODE
OF ORDINANCES, ENTITLED "ZONING"
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND,
1.
MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
That Chapter 23, Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled
"Zoning" be, and hereby is, amended as follOWS, to-wit:
(a)
(b)
By adding to the provisions of Section 23.30,
Subd. 1, the following, to-wit:
"Section 23.30, Subd. 1.
h. Multiple Dwelling and Multiple Dwelling
"C" Use Districts - one parking space for
each apartment unit and an additional 1/2
parking space for each bedroom in excess of
one per each apartment unit."
By amending the provisions of Section 23.34
to read as follows, to-wit:
"Section 23.34, Subd. 1
In the Multiple Dwelling and Multiple Dwell-
ing "C" Use Districts every building designed
for the housing of persons shall provide a
lot area of not less than 1000 square feet
per bedroom, but not to exceed a maximum of
2000 square feet per each apartment unit
within such building.
"Subd. 2 These regulations shall not be con-
strued to prohibit an appeal to the Board of
Zoning Appeals for a permit to erect a single
family private dwelling on a lot of less than
the required square footage where such lot is
held separately and between lots under other
ownership and of reool~ on or before December
4, 1945, the date of original passage of this
subdivision."
2. This ordinance shall become effective from and after
its adoption and publication according to law,
