This ~atter was again set aside to await the preparation of the easements by the attorney. STATES PC~R CO - Poles on ~125 Lee Hurry of NSP appeared. 0'Neil Grathwol advised the ¥i1~ to inform the utility co~an~ to move their poles because public necessity requirel their being moved. The council directed the Village Ma~4.~er to iron out the problem between the telephone company, the power compan~ ~nd the village. Mr. Hurry .stated that the NSP has on their books two bills against the village, erie for $5,000,00 for .poles Al~ead~ moved; and one for $5,200.00 for installing alternate power to the lift, stations. The council stated they require a written com~ittement for t he village attorney to study; a litter of intent from the ~eachside Developers with an endorsement by Mrs. 3tromberg showing her agreement to such intent. Trustee Johnson stated that Stromb6rg'S south stake was in his front yard and his north stake was in her back yard.
