MINUTES OF THE SEWER ASSESSMENT NI~,%RING~ - June 22, 1964 st 8:00 P.M% at the ~ound High School Present were: Mayor R. G. Koehn, Trustees. Gordon Batdorf,. LeRoy Heikkila,. Del Pfeifer,. William N. Johnson; Manager Leonard L. ~opp~ Attorney R~ymond Ploetz, Engineer~. Wm. Schoell, Clarence Leer; Fiscal Agents, Lyle Olson, Ernie Clark Mayor ~. 0. Koehn Opened the meeting. The attorney examined the notices of publication and mailing and declared them to be sufficient and legal. Heikkila moved and Johnson seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, the meeting to be declared closed mt ll:00 P.M. if all of the people who wish to be heard have not been heard. The vote was '~uanimously in favor so carried. William Schoell, Engineer spoke on the Assessment Method, stating the plaut was designed for 18,000 people and generally outlined the system for assessment.
