The attorney examined the notices of publication and mailing and declared them to be sufficient and legal. Heikkila moved and Johnson seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, the meeting to be declared closed mt ll:00 P.M. if all of the people who wish to be heard have not been heard. The vote was '~uanimously in favor so carried. William Schoell, Engineer spoke on the Assessment Method, stating the plaut was designed for 18,000 people and generally outlined the system for assessment.
