2, 1964 at the Mound Village Office - 7:30 P. M.
Present were: Mayor R. C. Koetm, Trustees William N. Johnson, LeRoy
Heikkila, Gordon Batdorf and'Del Pfeifer; Attorney Ray Ploetz and Manager
Leonard L. Kopp, Engineers Clarence Leer and William Schoell.
The follwing properties were discussed in regard to the sewer assessment
and the recommendations were duly voted upon by the assembled members
of the council, the majority vote being the recommendation recorded

Heikkila ask the question - If the Three Points Assn. is unable to meet the
Sewer Assessment could it be assessed over all the people or part of the
people who -own property in the Three Points area. The attorney answered
no, the people or land owners in the Three Points area could not be assessed
or held responsible for the debts or assessments of the Three Points Assn.
John moved and Pfeifer seconded the motion
BE IT MOVED, to close the receipt of all orginal objections to the assessment
r o11. .
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried
Johnson moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED, the hearing be adjourned to 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire
Station.
