Mound Fire Station - July 9th, 1964 at 8:00 P. M.
Present were Mayor 1K. C. Koehn, Trustees, Heikkila, Wm. Johnson and
Del Pfeifer, lvlanager Leonard Kopp and Attorney 1Kay Ploetz

Heikkila moved and Johnson seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED, the meeting be adjourned to the Shirley Hills Little Theatre.
The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.
The Adjourning Hea~ing was called to order at the Shirley Hills Little Theatre
at 8:15 P. M.
PRESENT WERE: Mayor R. C. Koehn, Trustees LeRoy Heikkila, Gordon
Batdorf, Del Pfeifer, Wm. N. Johnson; Attorney Ray Ploetz, Manager
Leonard Kopp, Engineers Clarence Leer and William Schoell.
The Mayor opened the meeting with a resume of the sewer assessment to date.,
and stated tonite's adjourned hearing was to hear secondary objections to the
amended assessment roll only.
Heikkila moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion
BE IT MOVED, no motion for adjournmmnt be received until all objections
have be recieved and acted upon.
The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.

objections not already filed, the poll revealed that they would stick by their
orginal motion and would not hear tomy more objections that had not been filed
prior to the amended list of July 7th.
