Johnson, LeRoy Heikkila Del Pfeifer, Manager Leonard L. KopB Attorney Ray Ploetz HEARING ON RAMSEY LANE VACATION Even Falstad appeared in support of petition, no one appeared in opposition The Manager requests a fifteen foot utility easement down the middle of the proposed vaction. The Hearing was continued until August 25, 1964 to allow preparat ion of said easement. THREE POINTS PARK ASSN Appearing were: Donald J. Geffre, President, and Bettie Ketchem, Edna Daniels, Carlton Porter, John R. Heitkamp and Edward Daniels. The problems were dicussed. The Mayor requested the president to select a small committee to meet with Council representatives to iron out problems and legal snags; the Village Attorney to be included in the group. PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES The Central Business District Plan was presented for study Air Neitzel was directed to return his problem to the Pla:.~akug Commission for consideration of changes made since his appearance at the Planning Commission. STREET LIGHT Heikkila moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion to install a street light on and Shannon Lane~ 600C luraen. The vote was unaimously in faovr so carried. DOCK PERMIT Johnson moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion to allow a dock permit on Jennings Bay for Maurine F. Wine. The votetwas unanimously in favor. KOEHLERS SECOND ADDITION The Manager recommends the council call an assessment hearing, such matter to be continued to August 11, 1964 for final costs SEWER SERVICE TO STORES ON COMMERCE BLVD. The Council directs the attorney to prepare the necessary ~.
