Attorney Ray Ploetz and Manager Leonard L. Kopp, Engineer Wm. Mc Combs
Mayor Staley Olson of Richfield gave a brief talk on the League of Minnesota
Municipalities paying tribute to Mound officals.
The minutes of the meeting of July 14, 1964 were read. Heikkila moved and
Johnson seconded a motion to accept the minutes of July 14, 1964 as read. The
vote was unanimously in favor so carried.
The minutes of the meeting of July 21, 1964 were read. Johnson moved and
Heikkila seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the July 21, 1964 meeting
as read. The vote was unanimously in favor.

hereby is designated a 'No Parking Zone'

delay in the bond of Arneson Plumbing Company under whose authority Charles
Hartman operates was with the bonding company and he would get things going and
