Present were: Trustees Pfeifer, Johnson and Heikkila, Attorney Ploetz and
Village Manager Kopp.
Heikkila moved and Johnson seconded a motion that Del Pfeifer be Acting Mayor
for this meeting.
VACATION OF RAMSEY LANE
Heikkila moved and Johnson seconded that the hearing on vacation of Ramsey Lane
be continued to next week. Motion carried.
WATER CONNECTICN APPLICATION REFUND (Frank Reinin)
Johnson moved, Heikkila seconded the motion.

OPENING OF EXCELSIOR ROAD
Petition for the opening of Excelsior Road from ~125 to Cavan Lane was presented
by Walter Burandt. Because the petition did not have the proper qualification,
the signatures of 55% of the abutting property owners, the council took no action
other than to refer Mr. Burandt to the Planning Commission.

CLOSING OF LIQUOR STORES ON LABOR DAY
In conformity with past practices and no objections be raised, the Liquor Stores
and Lounge will be closed on Labor Day.
Heikkila moved, Johnson seconded, and it was unanimously carried to adjourn to
September l, 1964 at the Mound Fire Station.
