OUTSIDE PLUMBING PROBLEMS
Clinton Mann and Inspector appeared before the council about the pending problem of
the Outside Plumbing notices for removal of such items have been sent to all known
owv~ers . Some wish to use the buildings for other purposes.
After discussion the following criteria was ~Eges%ed:
No building less than 3~ to remain for any cause (No single-holers to be utilized)
All such structures to meet all set-back requirements
Change roof design to shed type from gable type
Height maximum to be established
Matter to be prepared for consideration at the April 26th meeting
The minutes of the January h, 1966 meeting were read. Scruton moved and and Anderson
seconded a motion to accept the minutes of January ~, 1966 w~th the change in Resolution
66-11 from the name James Regan to the name James Scrution~ as read. U~e vote was
unanimously in favor, so carried and acceoted.
