The Manager was directed to send oopies to interested parties. STORM DRAINAGE STUDY FOR TONKAWOOD ROAD - Discussed, it was decided that a study be made in August of 1966 GAMES OF SKILL Regan moved and Pleifer seconded a motion, BE IT MOVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound grant licenses to A1 and Alma's for Juke Box and Game of Skill. The vote was unanimously in favor, so sarried. EMERALD 0RIVE IMPROVE~NT - the Manager contacted Mr. Streater and he said the neighbors had not changed their minds, but want the project done without curb and ~utter and to have the water floww across private property.
