facilites mandatory by July 15, 1966. '

Assembly being a summer cottage and not of sufficient value, be exempted
from hooking u~ to the sanitary sewer system and installing indoor
plumbing facilities by July 15, 1966 and that such exemntion shou!5
extend until November 15, 1966.
