I am for it. My lot is continually washing out. I would like to see curb and
gutter along with blacktop. There are several trees where it shows the project
is to go. In order to save them, I will allow the contractor to construct off

THREE POINTS PARK - Sanitary Building
Several property owners adjacent to the park were present. They objtected to
the present location of the sanitary building being built. Mr. Kopp reported
the State Health Department had been consulted and they had no objection to
having the building near the food stands and that the Village Building Code
setbacks were the determining factor. The Building Inspector was instructed
to take the "hold" off the building.

COUNCIL SALARY INCREASE
Regan moved and Scruton seconded the motion:
ORDINANCE NO. 210
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUND CODE
OF ORDINANCES, ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 5A
THEREOF "VILLAGE COUNCIL OFFICERS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Mound Code of Ordinances be, and hereby is, amended by
adding thereto the provisions of Chapter SA, entitled "Village
Council Officers" and by adding thereto the provisions of Section
5.01 as follows:
"Section 5.01 Village Council - Salaries. ~
The salary for the office of Mayor shall be $50.00 per
month. The salary for Village Trustee shall be $10.00
per month.'!
2. That this ordinance be effective from and after its adoption and
publication according to law.
