Anderson moved the folloving ordinance and Scruton seconded it
ORDINANCE NO. 213
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23, "?DNING",
OF THE MOUND 0ODE OF ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA~
1. That Chapter 23 of the Mound 0ode of Ordinances, entitled
"Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by reducing the Residential A-1
Use E~strict, as established by Section 23.011 by removing therefrom,
and by increasing the 0ommercial Use ~strict as established by
Seotion 23.07 by adding thereto the following described tract~
"~hat part of Elock 5, Shirley Hills Unit
A, lying Easterly of a line drawn parallel
with the Westerly line of said Block and
drawn through a point on the Northerly line
thereof 250 feet Easterly of the North-
westerly corner thereof."
2. That this ordinance be effeotive from and after its adoption
and publioation acoording to law.
